Return Conditions:
Returns can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
A purchase invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
Cases where returns are not accepted:
Used or damaged products.
Products that were specially ordered according to the customer's preference.
Promotional offers or discounted products (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
Exchange:
Can be done under the same conditions as the return within 7 days.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the exchange is immediate and free of charge.
Shipping Fees:
The customer bears the shipping costs if the reason is not a defect in the product.
In case of a defect or error in the order, the company bears the full shipping costs.
