Uses FLAMINGO ZINC COTE Galvanizing Spray as a protective primer or final coating in any place where iron or steel is exposed to corrosion conditions. The spray film contains 95% of zinc in very fine particles, which act as a positive electrode. This removes atmospheric galvanic corrosion. It removes corrosion on welds and pre-galvanized surfaces. Applications: welding through primer for vehicle repair industry, primer before powder coating, metal products, agricultural machinery, air conditioning units, mining, fences, and marine equipment. Directions: the surfaces to be treated must be completely free of rust, oil, dirt, etc. If necessary, sandblasting or cleaning with sandpaper should be used before application. Shake the container vigorously until the agitator ball is released, and continue shaking the can for another 30 seconds. It can be carried upright; spray 20 cm away from the surface. If more than one coat is needed, allow drying time before applying the next coat. After spraying, it is necessary to turn the can upside down and spray to clean the nozzle. Warning: spray at an angle of no less than 45 degrees between the can body and the horizon. Prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat may cause explosion. Do not puncture or burn the container.
